Experienced Cabinet maker
Nordic Design Furniture is looking for a skilled and passionate Furniture Maker / Artisan / Craftsman to join our experienced team.
We specialise in high-end, custom-made hardwood furniture, crafting bespoke pieces that are delivered across Australia. If you take pride in precision, craftsmanship, and working with quality materials, we’d love to hear from you.
About the Role:
You’ll be working on a range of custom, one-off furniture pieces and cabinetry, using traditional techniques alongside modern machinery.
Key Requirements:
Proven experience in hardwood furniture manufacturing
Strong machining skills (Thicknesser, Buzzers, Spindles, Rip Saw, Drop Saw)
Ability to read and work from cutting lists
Solid understanding of timber species and materials
Strong mathematical and measurement skills
High attention to detail and pride in workmanship
